When the device is connected to a wireless network and not connected directly to a PC, you can schedule wireless synchronization to occur automatically at regular intervals. Wireless synchronization is available only when synchronizing directly with Microsoft Exchange.

1. Click Tools, then click Schedule.
2. Set schedule settings as follows:

   To sync	Do this
   When you are working or e-mail volume is high	Select a shorter interval in the Peak times list.
   When e-mail volume is low	Select a longer interval or As items arrive in the Off-peak times list.
   While roaming	To sync automatically, tap Use above settings when device is roaming. To minimize roaming charges, clear the check box and synchronize manually while roaming.
   When you select Send in Messaging on the device	Select the Send outgoing items immediately check box.
